General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the EDGECO online shop.

The offer is aimed exclusively at consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code.
2. Contractual Partner and Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded with EDGECO.
By listing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when you place an order by clicking the order button. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email immediately after the order has been submitted.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices in the online shop are final prices.
According to Section 19 of the German VAT Act, no VAT is charged and therefore no VAT is shown, due to the small business regulation.
Shipping costs may be added to the stated prices. These will be clearly displayed during the ordering process.
The available payment methods are shown during checkout.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery will take place within approximately 3 to 10 business days after conclusion of the contract.
Please note that many of our products are individually manufactured after the order has been placed, for example through 3D printing. This may affect the production time and therefore the delivery time.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a fourteen day right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods
that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer, according to Section 312g paragraph 2 number 1 of the German Civil Code.
This applies in particular to individually manufactured 3D printed products.

We are fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.
Otherwise, we are only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.
8. Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
9. Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
