Shipping Area
Our products are currently delivered within Germany.
If shipping to other countries is offered, the corresponding shipping costs and delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery Time
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within 3 to 7 business days after conclusion of the contract. In the case of agreed advance payment, the delivery period begins after your payment instruction.
Please note that some products are produced individually after the order has been placed, for example through 3D printing. In such cases, the delivery period begins after completion of the production time.
Shipping Costs
The shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
Shipping Providers
Shipping is usually carried out by common shipping providers, for example DHL, Hermes or comparable providers.
Partial Deliveries
If a product is temporarily unavailable, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for you. No additional shipping costs will be charged to you as a result.
